Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FortyUp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

FortyUp provides software development services for students and professionals. Our services include:

• Custom project development
• Source code delivery
• Project documentation
• Code walkthrough sessions

Student Projects - Specific Terms

For student projects, the following specific terms apply:

• Pricing: All student projects are priced between ₹1,500 - ₹3,000
• Timeline: Projects are delivered within 1 week from project commencement
• Payment: 40% upfront, 60% upon completion and delivery
• Post-Delivery: We do not provide any post-delivery support, revisions, or maintenance

Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you will own 100% of the source code and intellectual property rights to your project. FortyUp retains no rights to the code developed for your project after full payment is received.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Initial payment of 40% is required to commence work on the project
• Remaining 60% is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR)

Project Delivery

Upon completion and full payment, you will receive:

• Complete source code
• Project documentation
• Deployment instructions
• One code walkthrough session

Important: After delivery, our service is complete. We do not provide post-delivery support, bug fixes, revisions, or maintenance. Please thoroughly review and test everything during the delivery session.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Attend the code walkthrough session
• Test and review the project thoroughly during the delivery session

Limitation of Liability

FortyUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
